Muyichikyo lenses are manufactured byKinoshita Optical, a Tokyo company that specializes in prototyping. They used to make Zeiss Contax lenses as well, but they no longer mass-produce them. They only make a few lenses per order, or at most a few dozen. The maximum number is about 100, so since we're a small shop, we ask them to keep it within that range. The engravings and front and back caps are made by another company, but these are also made in Japan. They're all made in Japan. However, the only caps made in Japan are simple ones that you just put on, so we use those.
There has been a complaint that the original name of (this lens) designed by Paul Rudolph has been newly registered as a trademark in 2017 (trademark registration number: No. 5985013. You can check the number on the Japan Patent Office website). Therefore, we have decided to write it as **DE401630** Since the latter half of the trademark cannot be used, we will change all related references to the patent number.
